Welcome to namil.org (the “Website”), operated by the National Academy of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (“NAMIL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Nature of Services / No Legal Advice

NAMIL is a professional membership organization and attorney directory. NAMIL is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not offer legal representation.

The Website, including the Attorney Directory, educational content, forms, and referral features, is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. Any information provided on the Website should not be construed as legal advice or a substitute for consulting a licensed attorney regarding your specific situation.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of the Website, submission of information, participation in promotions, or communication with NAMIL does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and NAMIL or between you and any listed attorney.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only when:

  • You directly communicate with an attorney or law firm, and
  • You enter into a written engagement or retainer agreement with that attorney or law firm.

3. Attorney Directory and Third-Party Attorneys

The attorneys and law firms listed in the NAMIL Attorney Directory are independent third parties who are members of NAMIL. While NAMIL establishes membership criteria, NAMIL does not endorse, supervise, or control any attorney’s services, advice, fees, or conduct.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Attorneys listed are not employees or agents of NAMIL
  • NAMIL does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or suitability of any legal services
  • You are solely responsible for selecting and retaining legal counsel

This Website may constitute attorney advertising under the laws and ethical rules of certain jurisdictions.

  • Not all attorneys are certified specialists or experts unless explicitly stated.
  • Past results or testimonials do not guarantee or predict future outcomes.
  • Statements on this Website may be considered advertising material in some states.

Each attorney is responsible for complying with applicable state bar rules and professional conduct requirements.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Any testimonials, reviews, endorsements, case descriptions, or “Success Stories” appearing on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Legal outcomes depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.

6. Sweepstakes and Promotions (“Win a Motorcycle” Giveaway)

From time to time, NAMIL may conduct promotions or sweepstakes, including the annual Harley-Davidson® motorcycle giveaway.

By entering any sweepstakes:

  • You agree to be bound by the Official Sweepstakes Rules
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win
  • Your information may be shared with a NAMIL member attorney assigned to your geographic market for marketing and follow-up purposes
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries

Void where prohibited by law.

7. Communications Consent (TCPA Compliance)
