Official Rules & Eligibility for Our Giveaways and Contests
Participation in NAMIL giveaways and contests is subject to the following general guidelines.

Who Can Enter
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of any of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years old, as well as the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi). The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the United States, and anywhere prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and representatives of NAMIL, LLC (“Sponsor”), US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), their affiliated entities, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How Winners Are Selected
Winners of giveaway promotions will be chosen randomly from all valid and eligible entries submitted before the applicable deadline. For contests involving judging criteria, winners will be determined by the NAMIL leadership team based on the standards and requirements outlined for the specific contest.

How Winners Are Notified
Potential Grand Prize winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone. To claim the prize, the selected winner must complete and return all required documents within seven (7) days of notification, including an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, IRS Form W-9, and, where legally permitted, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Releases”). As required by law, the winner may need to provide a Social Security Number solely for tax reporting purposes. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Prize fulfillment is expected to occur within approximately 45 days after verification is completed.

General Conditions
Only the first valid entry submitted by an individual will be accepted. Any additional submissions from the same person, including attempts made using alternate email addresses or identities, will be considered invalid and may result in disqualification.
