Dave earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, followed by his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City. He is licensed to practice in Florida, New York, and Oregon.

But his education did not end in law school.

A severe personal injury early in his life reshaped his perspective. He experienced firsthand the uncertainty, pain, and financial pressure that follow a serious accident. That experience became the lens through which he approaches every case — not abstractly, but personally.
