WE FIGHT FOR INJURED RIDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES

Attorney Brad Wyly was born and raised in Galveston, Texas, and attended law school at the University of Texas School of Law. While there, he was a member of Texas Law Review and graduated in the Top 16 of his class of approximately 500 students, earning the distinction of Chancellor.

After law school, Brad worked several years at the prestigious law firm of Hicks Thomas working in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He started his own firm in January 2008 to represent individuals and small business owners in Houston and throughout Texas with their claims against insurance companies and major corporations. In 2020, Brad was appointed Co-Chair of the Houston Bar Association Professionalism Committee.

Brad has been perennially selected as a Super Lawyer in Texas and has been selected on multiple occasions as a Top 100 Houston Super Lawyer by the same publication. He has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, meaning he is rated for the highest levels of professional excellence by his peers. Brad has also been rated among the “Top Lawyers” in Houston many times by Houstonia Magazine. He enjoys teaching and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Law Center, where he has taught a Pretrial Litigation Seminar since 2017.

Brad’s entire practice is devoted to fighting for the little guy. He enjoys representing people and small businesses against insurance companies in a wide range of personal injury and bad faith insurance cases. His firm has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of individuals and their loved ones in hundreds of auto accident cases in the Houston area and throughout Texas. This includes substantial recoveries on behalf of injured motorcycle riders.

Brad has also represented hundreds of Texas home and business owners against insurance companies for failure to pay legitimate hail, wind, fire, and other insurance claims. In these cases, he holds insurance companies accountable for their actions under the Texas Insurance Code and for breaching their duty of good faith and fair dealing.
